Welcome to the Good Companions 50 Plus Club website. These terms are here to help everyone understand how our website, memberships, and programs work.

2. Membership

Membership at Good Companions 50 Plus Club is open to adults aged 50 and over.

Annual membership is $35 per year
Membership may be purchased online or in person
Online memberships are processed through Communal

By purchasing a membership, you agree to follow club guidelines and help maintain a respectful and welcoming environment for all.

3. Payments

Payments made online are processed securely through our third-party platform.

Good Companions 50 Plus Club does not store your payment details.

Membership fees are non-refundable.
Program or event fees are non-refundable unless a program is cancelled by the club.

Use of online services may also be subject to the terms and policies of the third-party platform.

4. Programs & Participation

Participation in all programs, activities, and events is voluntary.

While we aim to provide a safe and welcoming environment, individuals participate at their own discretion and comfort level.

Good Companions 50 Plus Club is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur through participation in programs or use of the facility.

Members are encouraged to participate at a level that feels appropriate for them and to consult a healthcare professional if they have any concerns before taking part in physical activities.

5. Changes & Cancellations

From time to time, programs or events may need to be adjusted, rescheduled, or cancelled.

We will always do our best to communicate any changes as early as possible.

6. Photography & Media

From time to time, photos may be taken at programs and events for use in our newsletter, website, or social media.

By participating, you acknowledge that you may be included in these materials. If you prefer not to be included, please let a staff member know — we are always happy to respect your wishes.
