Businesses and community organizations can make a meaningful difference for older Calgarians by sponsoring a Good Companions program, event or initiative.
Opportunities range from supporting a single event to developing a year-round partnership with the Club.

Tax Receipts
Will I Receive a Tax Receipt?
Good Companions 50 Plus Club can issue official donation receipts for eligible charitable gifts in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency requirements.
For online donations, your receipt may be issued automatically through the donation platform.
For e-transfer or cheque donations, please provide your full legal name, mailing address and email address so we can prepare your receipt.
What About Business Donations?
Eligible business donations may receive an official charitable donation receipt in the legal name of the business that made the gift.
What About Sponsorships?
Sponsorships may include advertising, promotion or other benefits to a business and are therefore treated differently from charitable donations.
We will confirm the appropriate documentation with you before a sponsorship is finalized.
